Where we work
Deputy inspector registration is jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Before we quote, we confirm we are registered with your building department for the specific discipline your project needs.
We provide special and deputy inspection throughout Southern California, primarily in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Most of our work sits within about an hour of Garden Grove, which keeps mobilization costs down and lets us respond to same-week and next-day requests that firms based further out cannot.
Registration matters more than distance
Several jurisdictions in Southern California — Los Angeles City and Long Beach among them — maintain their own deputy inspector registration separate from ICC certification. An inspector who is fully certified is still not approved to work in those cities without that registration on file for the specific discipline. This trips up a lot of projects late in the schedule.
When you contact us, tell us the jurisdiction and the disciplines on the statement of special inspections. We will confirm in writing whether we hold current registration there before you commit to anything. If we do not, we will say so rather than take the job and sort it out later.

Mobilization and scheduling
Inspection is typically billed portal to portal with a minimum call-out. For projects outside our core radius we will quote mobilization separately and up front rather than surprising you on the invoice. Where a project needs continuous inspection over consecutive days, we schedule a consistent inspector so you are not re-explaining the job every morning.
Need an inspector on site this week?
Send the plan set, the statement of special inspections, and the jurisdiction. We will come back with scope and pricing — not a form to fill out.
